Your E-mail Address
TeamScoring.com may require an email address or mobile phone number to communicate with you. If you give TeamScoring.com an e-mail address, it will be stored in TeamScoring.com's computer system. If you provide TeamScoring.com with a mobile phone number to which you'd like informational text messages sent, it will be stored in TeamScoring.com's computer system. Email addresses and telephone numbers will be used for communication purposes only. Charges associated with text messaging are the sole responsibility of the user.
Photo, Media and Blogging Policy
Photos, logos and other media, including message boards, can be referenced on site pages only by authorized personnel. TeamScoring.com does not make any copyright claim to uploaded media to or referenced by our site, nor will TeamScoring.com allow any third party to use that content. Whenever you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give TeamScoring.com (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services. TeamScoring.com reserves the right to remove or disable any user content from this site for any reason.
General Rules of User Conduct
It is our goal to make the use of our Site and Services a good experience for all of our users, so you agree not to do any of the following:
- post inappropriate media or comments
- attempt to reverse engineer or jeopardize the correct functioning of the Site or
Services, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software (including
the tools, methods, processes, and infrastructure) that enables or underlies the Site;
- attempt to gain access to secured portions of the Site or Services to which you do not

- use the Site or Services to generate unsolicited email advertisements or spam;
- use any automatic or manual process to search or harvest information from the Site or

Event Plans
TeamScoring.com paid services are tied exclusively to a single user created Event, also known as a "Tournament" or "League".
A Tournament is defined as a competition, consisting of a set of scheduled games or matches, where the last, final or championship game is completed within 10 days of the first published scheduled game.
A League is defined as a competition, consisting of a set of scheduled games or matches, where the last, final or championship game is completed within 14 weeks of the first published scheduled game.
Event fees can be tiered based, determined by the total number of teams participating. Should you elect to pay for a tiered plan, you will have the option to upgrade a lower plan to a higher tiered plan at any time. You will not be permitted to downgrade a higher plan to a lower plan.
All fees are the prevailing price as posted on teamscoring.com at the time of payment.
Other Services
TeamScoring.com may offer additional services to you such as import and setup services to assist you in configuring your League or Tournament. In order for TeamScoring.com to complete the job, you must supply all requested data before the job can commence. Once all of the requested information has been obtained, TeamScoring.com will use its best efforts to complete the job within a reasonable time period. At any point during the job, if it is determined by TeamScoring.com that the supplied data contains missing or inconsistent information, TeamScoring.com will make one attempt to contact you in a timely manner to remedy the situation. It is your responsibility to provide TeamScoring.com with timely and accurate data in order to complete the job on time.
Privacy
Some of the information you provide TeamScoring.com will be published as a service to your Tournament or League participants. Some information will be kept confidential like email addresses and telephone numbers unless you publish them yourself. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your permission.
TeamScoring.com, may maintain a record of any correspondence with you. TeamScoring.com can use that information to reply to emails. TeamScoring.com can collect and analyze information it collects on this site in aggregate or statistical measures.

SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and requesting Text Notifications on our website, you agree to receive promotional and informational SMS messages from us. You acknowledge that your
consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related
to your use of our SMS messaging services, including any claims brought by third parties related to your receipt of SMS messages from us.
Your Credit Card Information
TeamScoring.com does not store the credit card information you provide, which helps protect your sensitive information from identity theft. TeamScoring.com must ask one or more third party companies to process your credit card transaction. TeamScoring.com provides your credit card information to a credit card processing company using the strongest available electronic encryption methods. That processor completes your transaction, and will then charge your credit card. The risk involved is no worse than what you would expect at any retail establishment. If this is not acceptable, consider paying via check or money order. You can also consider purchasing a prepaid Visa/MC from a retail location.
As another layer of protection, our processor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, like the Visa Cardholder Information Security and Compliance (CISP), MasterCard® (SDP), and Discovery Information Security and Compliance (DISC).
Refunds
We'll give you a refund if we stop providing our Services to you for a reason that's not specified in these Terms. You will not be entitled to a refund from us under any other circumstance. If you attempt to dispute or cancel the charge, we will pursue you for the amount you owe us. You agree that any dispute between us will be resolved in the Superior Courts of Ventura County, California, which shall have jurisdiction, providing that the court selected shall have jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action and of the Parties. You agree that such courts shall have personal jurisdiction over you, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. You will also be liable for the value of our administrative time involved to collect the money you owe us. We reserve the right to report those who attempt to reverse the charges to the credit bureaus.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our
Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we
may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time,
although we'll be sorry to see you go. TeamScoring.com may also stop
providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our
Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving
your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service,
where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance
notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.
No Warranties
Use TeamScoring.com's web site at your own risk. Although we strive to fix any unknown issues in a timely manner, TeamScoring.com cannot guarantee and does not represent or warrant that its website will be error-free or virus free. As with any computing system, you should have current, active anti-virus software. You are responsible to assure that your computer and your personal data is protected.
TeamScoring.com makes no express or implied warranty for the accuracy of any information on its web site, or how you use that information. TeamScoring.com provides its website and the content on that site without any warranty as to its reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties. We provide the Services "as is." TeamScoring.com is not liable for any damages you or any third party might allegedly incur due to any statement made on TeamScoring.com's website or by any of its personnel.
Business Uses of Our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify TeamScoring.com and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.
Third Party Offers
As a valued added service provided by TeamScoring.com, certain advertisements or third party offers may be included in email communications or on this web site. To more specifically target your needs, we may pass on general demographic information to our partners. No personal information will be passed to them for any reason. If you would like to opt-out of third party offers, please inform us in writing.
We don't have control over websites that TeamScoring.com may link to. TeamScoring.com may contain links to third party websites that are not owned, operated, or controlled by TeamScoring.com. Therefore, we cannot and do not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites or the companies that own them. Right to Terminate
TeamScoring.com reserves the right to terminate your service without prior warning or notice for any cause that TeamScoring.com deems to be justified. This may include, but not be limited to, any acts of fraud or dishonesty, publishing of illegal or offensive content, improper use of the fee agreement or any violation of these terms of service.
Construction
Any question of ambiguous or vague interpretation of this agreement cannot be resolved using any rule of interpretation resulting in interpretation against the drafting party to the agreement.
Terms of This Agreement Subject to Change
TeamScoring.com has the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notice.
About These Terms
These terms control the relationship between TeamScoring.com and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
Dispute Resolution
The laws of California, U.S.A., excluding California's conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. You agree that any dispute between TeamScoring.com and you will be resolved in the Superior Courts of Ventura County, California, which shall have jurisdiction, providing that the court selected shall have jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action and of the Parties. You agree that the Superior Court of Ventura County, California will have personal jurisdiction over you, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Ventura County, California. In the case of any dispute, you will also be liable for the value of TeamScoring.com's administrative cost.
